How I work

I am a Contractual Trainee Transactional Analyst in advanced training, practising under supervision. I offer counselling and psychotherapy in a calm and non-judgemental environment in which to explore, support and help you with any emotional difficulties you may be facing. I use Transactional Analysis* as my main approach and look to work together in a way that is individual and beneficial to you. This may be short or long-term work, looking at present situations or engaging in deeper work relating to the past. All with a focus of moving forwards in the way you would like to.

* Transactional Analysis is an easily accessible social psychology model that looks at how we relate to one another. It considers how our personality guides our communication and how we might enable change from any unhelpful patterns of relating.
